Customer Service Representative

**Job Duties Responsibilities**:
- CRM Program Management: Utilize the CRM program to manage customer interactions across various channels, update customer profiles, track communications, and ensure data accuracy. Set up jobs within the CRM software, including scheduling appointments, assigning tasks, and updating job statuses.
- Communication with Other Departments: Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, operations, and accounting to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and streamline processes.
- Handling Customer Inquiries and Complaints: Address customer inquiries and concerns received through various channels in a caring and empathetic manner, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively while following company policies and procedures.
- Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures, and suggest creative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Organization: Maintain a high level of organization in managing customer interactions across multiple channels, documentation, task prioritization, and job setup within the CRM software to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying information clearly and professionally to both customers and colleagues.
**Qualifications**:
- Completion of post-secondary education.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM software for customer management and job setup.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries across different channels effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in using CRM software for customer management and job setup.
- Proven track record of handling customer inquiries and complaints with tact, empathy, and professionalism.
- Experience in a role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: $23-$26 /hr
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
