Brandt is currently looking for the Manager of Pricing Programs & Incentives in our Regina location. The Manager of Pricing Programs & Incentives is a key role within Brandt, responsible for overseeing and optimizing our pricing strategies, programs, and incentive structures for products sold through our network of AG Equipment Dealerships. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our competitive positioning aligns with market trends and company goals to drive market share and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Pricing Programs & Strategies: Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of pricing programs, strategies, and incentives. Track and compare outcomes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with market conditions.
- Opportunity Identification: Work to identify new opportunities that align with market trends and Brandt’s strategic direction.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop a consistent framework for program and reporting mechanisms across all product lines. Analyze data from various sources to gain insights into market trends and pricing strategies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate with Senior Sales Leadership to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Incentive Program Management: Oversee and manage incentive programs designed to motivate and support sales teams.

**Required Skills**:

- Statistical & Data Analysis: In-depth knowledge of data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights.
- Reporting & Presentation: Advanced ability to present complex pricing analysis reports clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Above-average experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other related tools.
- Communication: Excellent analytical and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

Required Experience
- Relevant Experience: 5+ years in pricing, sales, sales management, data analysis, or related roles, demonstrating a strong background in pricing strategies and data-driven decision-making.
- Industry Experience: Experience within the agricultural equipment or related industry is considered an asset.
