Job Description

This senior-level role will support the other branch program consultants and directors by supplementing the analysis of program service volumes/metrics with the use of financial metrics and analysis. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures, as well as preparing and coordinating various reports and documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of financial management strategies and plans;
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes;
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare organizations, and community groups;
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform decision-making;
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting or related field;
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • A strong understanding of government accounting principles and budget cycles.

Salary Range

$44,410-$55,654 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
