Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion and eager to enhance participant experiences and program efficiencies? Join us as our new **Programming Coordinator**
Under the direction of the Manager of Executive Education, the Program Coordinator will work as a member of the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy (JSGS) Executive Education team to help implement and administer educational programs. The incumbent works collaboratively with the Instructional Designers, clients and other staff to ensure the successful delivery of dozens of offerings, both in person and online (including hybrid). This position will act as the main logístical hub, working with the Executive Education Assistant and other staff to create and implement a template for logístical management and communications for EE deliverables. Further, this position will be the EE point person on Destiny One, the new JSGS event management system
**What You’ll Do**:
**Destiny One - Registration & Learning Management System**
- Oversee all Destiny One operations for Executive Education, including setup of new offerings and addressing registration issues.
- Collaborate with JSGS Academic staff on Destiny One needs and provide backup support as needed.
- Coordinate with the Public Service Commission of Saskatchewan on registration inquiries, promotional postings, and strategies for shared programs.
- Advise on potential improvements or challenges with Destiny One.
- Manage communication with program participants during transitions, address inquiries, provide guidance, and troubleshoot as necessary.
**Website Management**
- Ensure accuracy of EE’s pages on the JSGS website
- Make updates and new page creation for EE’s areas of responsibility on a regular basis to reflect Executive Education’s ongoing program offerings and remove outdated content.
- Ensures seamless integration between website and new Desting One registration system.
**Logistical Oversight of EE Deliverables**
- Create and implement a template for EE workshop/module logístical management and work collaboratively with the JSGS Administrative Assistant
- Provide reporting and advise on ways to build efficiencies into the logístical requirements
- Prepare tender proposals and draft responses to RFPs, in collaboration with the Manager and the Instructional Designers
**Executive Education Support**
- Collaborate with the Manager of EE on strategic scheduling, marketing, and implementing the social media plan with the JSGS Marketing Specialist.
- Work with the JSGS Community Engagement Coordinator to prepare EE information for the bi-weekly newsletter.
- Draft reports as needed, summarizing registration numbers and participant evaluations with Instructional Designers.
- Manage access and logistics for EE programming in the Learning Management System Canvas.
- Grant access to participants and track their progress in Canvas for program offerings.
- Distribute non-credit certificates once awarded.

Position Requirements
**What You’ll Bring to this Position**:
- Completion of an undergraduate degree
- 3-5 years of administrative experience. Experience in a post-secondary education institution/Government public sector is considered an asset.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
**Skills That Will Ensure Your Success in the Role**:
- Knowledge and experience of JSGS and the University of Saskatchewan would be an asset considering the unique nature of Executive Education as a joint, two-campus School within both U of R and U of S.
