Every day, the teams we recruit for ensure our delivery of shipping containers can succeed as we deliver 8-10 thousand pounds of steel across dry land and terrain. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit in the tech & product space and expand your skills and knowledge hiring for our logístical, sales, and supply chain teams.

**Your Mission**:

- Facilitating full-cycle recruitment across multiple pipelines, from understanding hiring needs to closing an offer.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their team health and structure, what they’re building and the problems they are solving.
- Attracting top talent by elevating brand recognition through networking events, job boards, Communities and social media.
- Coaching and advising hiring teams on equitable and best practices throughout the hiring journey and enhancing our hiring teams' interview capabilities.
- Contributing to our internal recruitment resources for hiring teams to enable and set them up for success, from setting up scorecards to interview question banks.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- You have solid experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition in a high-volume tech company.
- You have a proven track record of hunting and sourcing top talent through diverse sourcing strategies; you go beyond LinkedIn.
- Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are top-notch. You build relationships easily and can easily enhance a job description draft for a hiring manager.
- You’re adaptable; you can context switch and pivot quickly.

**The Interview Process**:

- 30-minute Phone screen with Emma Hunt (Head of People and Culture)
- 45-minute Virtual or in-person Interview & Roleplay with Emma Hunt (Head of People & Culture) & Simran Sidhu (People & Culture Advisor)
- A short take-home exercise to understand your thinking & approach
- 60-minute Virtual or in-person Interview with some of our hiring managers you’d work with
- 30-minute Cultural interview with Max Birner (CEO)
