**The Position**:
Reporting to the Director, Client Services, as the **Sales and Operations Manager**, you will lead a team of our Analysts and be a primary contributor with our business strategies. While you have a keen eye on the operations, (Budget and Asset Management, maintaining Compensation files, and Inventory Coordination) your teams primary focus to arm our Sales Team with data that will ultimately guide them in the field.

**What you are responsible for**:
- Review Budget spend and derive insights for alternative budget uses to maximize impact of field and training team
- Provide Analytics on Compensation, Inventory and Asset Management, Retail Training Programs while managing multiple deliverables for the program
- Facilitate Project Management and Sales Analysis Meetings to ensure all teams are on pace and completing their deliverables
- Working with Leadership, develop and maintain presentation decks for various milestones throughout the year
- Team Management of our Analyst team, along with being the lead for cross functional relationships with Samsung Teams
- Procurement and Management of Field Incentives, Uniforms, and Retail Training Incentives
- Strategic analysis of the Program and future growth and direction
**To be successful**:
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management
- Experience with Budgets, Forecasting, and Field Operations
- Experience or working knowledge of PowerBI
- Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Ability to present to Senior Leadership
**To join our team**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as education, organizational development, human resources, business administration, communications, etc. is an asset
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience working in Retail or Retail Operations at a Head Office Level
- Must possess the ability to proactively build strong relationships within a diverse organization
- Must possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple on-going priorities
- Superior organizational and planning skills are required
- Proficient in both English and French is considered an asset
