**What to Expect as Your Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive product marketing plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop Campaign Strategies: Create and execute strategies for industry-specific campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads for our software solutions to achieve strategic business and revenue objectives.
- Content Research & Curation: Collaborate with internal teams, including service leaders, and partners to gather and curate content that aligns with campaign goals. Utilize segmentation to ensure targeted messaging.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Build and monitor nurture campaigns, analyze their performance, and adjust as needed to improve effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to drive improvements.
- Create and Manage Marketing Collateral: Develop brochures, presentations, case studies, and other materials to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
- Build Stakeholder Relationships: Work closely with product and business leaders and external partners to create relevant campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Project Management: Manage marketing projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and aligned with broader marketing objectives.

**You Will Be Successful in This Role If You Have**:

- A proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong accountability for campaign performance and results.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Experience working with various marketing platforms, including Salesforce and Pardot.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
- The ability to tailor messaging and content for segmented audiences, improving engagement and lead generation.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing and product marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy.
- Experience in creating and optimizing campaigns that generate leads and build awareness.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex ideas into clear marketing content.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries.
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the software or services sector.
- Knowledge of AI, Optimization, PLM, or Simulation services.
- Familiarity with Siemens Digital Industries Software or other engineering solutions.
