Product Marketing Manager - Job Description
GHGSat offers greenhouse gas detection, measurement, and monitoring services to industrial and government customers around the world. We use our own satellites and aircraft sensors, combined with third-party data, to help industrial emitters better understand, control, and reduce their emissions.
GHGSat’s capability is unique: we provide high-resolution, local measurements of atmospheric methane and carbon dioxide concentration from space. This further enables to detect greenhouse gas emitters and to visualize and quantify their emissions.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Team to lead our product marketing activities. In this role, your focus will be on educating and shaping the market about GHGSat products and related value propositions as well as understanding market dynamics and the competitive landscape to build creative campaigns, media, and material to promote GHGSat as the thought leader and de facto standard in the emission monitoring market. You will be responsible for strengthening our brand and boosting broad market recognition and adoption of our products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop product messaging and value propositions
- Develop and manage product marketing strategies, materials/collateral, and media to support campaigns focused on highlighting the benefits of GHGSat and our products, including; sales documentation, videos, website, landing pages, ads, blogs/social media, brochures, fact sheets, etc.
- Continuous assessment of campaign and strategy return on investment (ROI) to proactively test, redefine, and align on product features, releases, launches, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
- Conduct market analysis to gain insights and understanding of the competitive landscape, GHGSat branding, and customer trends to establish product differentiators and positioning
- Translate product technical details into user benefits and segmentation to create user and buyer personas
- With the product team, educate internal and external stakeholders about our brand and product roadmap; features and benefits, including training on how to offer, position, present, and demonstrate our products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, MBA, or equivalent
- 5+ years of product marketing, product management, or digital marketing experience, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to articulate product value propositions to a diverse set of audiences in different markets/industries with various levels of understanding to highlight how GHGSat products can solve their problems by using well thought-out, creative, and innovative media, collateral, presentations, and other approaches
- Strong qualitative and quantitative skills to support detailed market analysis and research to assess product market fit, develop materials, collaterals, and campaigns and evaluate the ROI, and an ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
- Ability to create, update, and maintain training documents
- Must be able to obtain Canadian government security clearance

Dans ce rôle, vous vous concentrerez sur l’éducation et le façonnement du marché sur les produits GHGSat et les propositions de valeur connexes, ainsi que sur la compréhension de la dynamique du marché et du paysage concurrentiel afin de créer des campagnes, des médias et du matériel créatifs pour promouvoir GHGSat en tant que leader d’opinion et norme de facto sur le marché de la surveillance des émissions. Vous serez responsable du renforcement de notre marque et de la promotion de la reconnaissance et de l’adoption de nos produits sur le marché.
