**Role: Product Manager**
**Location: Remote**
**Duration: 6+ Months extendable contract**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Strategy & Vision**:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and releases based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- **Roadmap & Planning**:
- Create and manage a detailed product roadmap that outlines the timeline for product development and launches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Engage with customer support teams to address user feedback and improve product satisfaction.
- **Product Development**:
- Define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead product development meetings, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor progress and performance throughout the development lifecycle to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- **Market & Customer Insights**:
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate product concepts.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product features.
- **Budget & Resource Management**:
- Manage the product budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses related to product development and marketing.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- **Product Launch & Adoption**:
- Oversee the product launch process, including coordinating with marketing for promotional activities and ensuring a smooth rollout.
- Track product adoption and performance metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in product management.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with [specific technologies, platforms, or tools relevant to the product] is a plus.
