**What you can expect**:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that eloquently communicate the value proposition of our platform. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping our messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Craft compelling product narratives and value propositions.
- Develop product pitches and differentiation strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Partners, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to create messaging that resonates with target buyers and user personas.
- Lead community engagement with partners, influencers, and customers.
- Plan and manage go-to-market strategies across various channels.
- Monitor competitors in our space and create strategies to mitigate.
- Develop sales and customer success enablement tools and processes to facilitate sales cycles.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for targeted campaigns.
- Create, plan, and launch product solutions on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Conduct market research to inform roadmaps and refine messaging.
- Maintain deep customer understanding and continuously validate user personas.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop a roadmap of marketing initiatives

**What we want from you**:

- 2-5 years of experience in product marketing following Pragmatic Marketing or PMA frameworks with proven success in growing revenue.
- Background in SaaS or eCommerce marketing, preferably with experience in government, nonprofits, and small businesses.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Quantitative analytical ability and exceptional storytelling skills.
- Genuine interest in supporting organizations in serving their communities, sports, and activities for the whole family.
