**Mission**:
Join our team as a dynamic Product Marketing Manager at Connect&GO, where you'll be at the forefront of our all-in-one management platform's success in the attractions industry. Reporting to our VP of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager helps tell the story about the value of how Connect&GO helps to make attractions' complex environment simple. As a PMM, you understand our customers and their guests, the challenges and D2D difficulties they face while managing their venues. You know the competition and learn their strengths and weaknesses while using it to your advantage. To be successful in this role, you will: build relationships throughout the organization; and interact with diverse stakeholders such as the product team, marketing, sales, customer experience, customer service, external partners and others to help accelerate the launch and lifecycle management of key features. We're seeking a creative thinker with a proven track record in a SaaS environment, using analytical skills to support actions. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are required. Your role will involve crafting compelling narratives and targeted strategies, leveraging your keen eye for identifying market opportunities and effectively positioning our products.

**What you will do as our Product Marketing Manager**:

- Become an expert in the attractions industry and understand the evolving landscape that helps clients to be successful.
- Learn the competitive landscape and their key product offerings to develop customer marketing and growth strategies
- Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging for target audiences.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new feature releases and updates.
- Ensure alignment and successful product launches by working closely with product management, sales, and other teams.
- Support go-to-market planning and execution
- Work closely with Content, Design and Product team to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with our customers
- Provide essential tools and training to the sales team for impactful product communication.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to enhance customer product adoption.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- 5+ years of product marketing experience in a (fast-paced) Saas environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, administration, or other relevant discipline.
- Proven track record of delivering on marketing goals and continuously increasing results.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams.
- Good project management skills to lead and influence multiple cross-functional stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Superior communication, teamwork, and organization skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Entrepreneur spirit
