Product Marketing Manager

Hi, I'm Ashley, VP of Product Marketing at Fellow. I joined Fellow in July as Head of Product Marketing and as my role has evolved, I’m looking for someone to lead PMM initiatives.
As a PMM myself, I know how important and impactful this role is. You’ll inform, influence, and support our go-to-market motion and collaborate with all sales, marketing, and customer experience functions as we enter our next phase of growth.

**The opportunity**
The **Product Marketing Manager **will focus on developing and maturing how we communicate value to our current and potential customers. You’ll be responsible for gathering insights, developing messaging and position around the product and features, leading new feature launches, and ensuring GTM teams are aligned on messaging and communications.

- Customer obsessed. You understand the value of customer feedback, sales calls, and a well-thought-out buyer and user journey
**What you’ll do**:
- Participate in all aspects of product marketing, including positioning, messaging, enablement, launching new features, and understanding the market segments and trends
- Partner with the Demand Gen team to provide insights and feedback on how we position Fellow in our ads, blog, newsletter, and other Demand Gen channels.
- Analyze and support our buyer journey from a PLG and SLG approach and provide supporting insights and enablement materials
- Craft effective product messaging across channels that resonates with buyers and existing customers
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to better understand the problems we’re solving and how to translate that into value for our ICP.
**You’ll stand out if you have**:
- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing product marketing strategies at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Demonstrated success in exceeding ambitious goals and scaling product marketing through high-growth
- A first principals mentality and an obsession with continuous improvement
