**Description**:
**GROUPE HELIOS** offre depuis 1981 des services de qualité en gestion d'installations et de services pour des clients des secteurs municipal, institutionnel, commercial et industriel. Les activités du GROUPE HELIOS et de ses filiales s'étendent au domaine du traitement des eaux, de la production d'énergie et des immeubles.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne pour prendre en charge le poste d'assistant(e) administratif(ve) et supporter les opérations dans leurs projets aussi bien sur le territoire canadien qu'à l'international.
**Responsabilités**:
Entre autre, la personne veillera à:
- Supporter les opérations dans l’exécution de contrats à l’international tel que la mise à jour de documents et la logistique du personnel dans le cadre de missions professionnelles (achat de billets d’avion, réservation d’hôtel, etc.)
- Valider et réaliser le suivi mensuel de dépenses administratives et des réparations de véhicules
- Supporter les opérations dans le cadre des activités corporatives et administratives
- Responsable de la coordination et de l'organisation de formations pour les employés.
- Responsable de la conformité des informations de formations et de la gestion documentaire associée.
- Être en support au Département légal : numériser et classer des documents juridiques, ouvrir des dossiers légaux dans le Sharepoint et réaliser des déclarations annuelles sur les différents registres gouvernementaux
- Commander des fournitures de bureaux pour les bureaux
- S’assurer de la propreté des bureaux et de la cuisine
- Ramasser le courriels 1x par jour, le trier et le transférer aux responsables concernés
- Participer à la vie du bureau
**Exigences**:
- Autonomie, dynamisme et polyvalence, sens de la diplomatie, rigoureux
- 2 années d’expérience comme adjoint(e) administrative
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent en secrétariat
- Bonne maîtrise du français, de l’anglais (écrit et parlé)
- Espagnol (écrit et parlé) un atout
- Familiarité avec les exigences en matière de santé et sécurité au travail
- Compétences en gestion informatisée et en utilisation de la suite Microsoft Office
