Woodstock, Canada RPPL Industries Ltd. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with payroll processing and budgeting activities
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with vendor management and procurement activities
- Support human resources functions, such as employee onboarding and record keeping

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of payroll processing and budgeting procedures
- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with human resources practices and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
