Sales Representative - Logistics

Join one of North America's largest and most successful $2B 3PL brokerages as a Sales Representative. We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for sales and logistics who want to grow with a leading company.

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Hybrid role based out of Scarborough, ON
- **Work Schedule**: In-office 3 days a week, remote on Mondays and Fridays
- **Compensation**: Base salary up to $60K, with a competitive commission structure and full benefits

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client experiences.
- Stay updated with industry trends to offer relevant solutions to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3PL sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
