Concrete Sales Representative

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
- A blend of sales skills, technical knowledge of concrete products, and a familiarity with concrete specifications and construction processes.
- Valid ‘G’ Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract required to travel to client sites and attend meetings as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the overall sales/operations
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office required

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Promote concrete products, develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Building and sustaining solid connections with clients, such as public utilities, municipalities, developers, and industrial firms.
- Conduct market research to find prospective customers and sales prospects for concrete
- Deliver product offerings and technical details to clients while emphasizing advantages and solutions
- Ensure that sales agreements have advantageous terms for both parties, engage in contract discussions
- Keep track of all sales-related activity, create projections, and provide sales performance reports to
- Work closely with the teams in charge of production, logistics, and customer service to make sure that the needs of the customers are met
