We are hiring Sales Administrator for our client in Concord, ON.
About our client.
Our client is a privately owned company that is one of the largest paper and paperboard distributors in Canada. They trade raw materials internationally, with transactions taking place in over 40 countries.

**Working Conditions**
Hybrid position, 2 days from office.
**Schedule**: Mon - Fri, 9:00 am -5:00 pm, Full-Time, Permanent Position.
**Company location: Concord, ON**
We are looking for an energetic, full-time Sales Administrator to join the team in Concord, Ontario. The Sales Administrator will work closely with sales and buying teams and Logistics Coordinator. This position directly reports to Vice-President, Finance, with indirect reporting to Vice-President, Sales.
**Major Responsibilities**
- Create purchase orders (PO’s) in enterprise system and place with vendors.
- Follow up with vendors on PO’s to ensure they are entered correctly
- Advise sales team on order ETA’s.
- Receive and process packing lists for all shipments.
- Forward copies of the shipping manifests to customers
- Prepare weekly open order reports to share with customers/sales team.
- Administration for claims from customers for any billing issues
- Working with vendors and customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist with freight orders, general follow up with carriers to ensure service is being met.
- Administration for any warehouse programs to ensure inventory is correct and loads are moving in/out as required.
- Manage samples for the sales team, collect from vendors and distribute to customers.
- Construct and maintain detailed customer database information.
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years as Sales Administrator
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
- Must have experience using Adobe pdf files and company ERP systems.
- Self-disciplined with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and/or part of a team.
- Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented
