**Position Overview**: As a Business Administrator & Sales Assistant Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our administrative operations while gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Working closely with our passionate team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of various projects and initiatives, all while developing essential skills for your future career. This placement is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of business administration within the context of event management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, generating leads, and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- **Support Marketing Tasks**: Assist in marketing activities such as content creation, social media management, and promotional campaigns.
- **Day-to-Day Administrative Tasks**: Perform data entry, file management, and correspondence, ensuring organizational efficiency.
- **Budget Management**: Support the event production team in budget tracking and management, including monitoring expenses and reconciling invoices.
- **On-Site Support**: Assist with on-site visits, on-site event management, including setup, coordination of staff and vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of event logistics.
- **Event Coordination Support**: Assist in coordinating client meetings, vendor appointments, and event logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
- **Post-Event Evaluation**: Assist in conducting post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from clients and attendees, and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Process Development**: Contribute to developing and implementing business processes and systems to streamline workflows.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts and successful event execution.
- **Proposal and Presentation Preparation**: Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a business administration or related program.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for events and a desire to learn about the event industry.
