Administrative Assistant, Sales Coordinator, Summer

We currently have an immediate opening for a **Summer Student Contract** for an** Administrative Assistant, Sales Coordinator. **This position will support Ecolab’s sales team by providing administrative support to corporate account managers.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Assist sales managers with researching and reviewing customer issues
- Follow up on customer inquiries
- Assist with ensuring accuracy for documents
- Support with correspondence, reports and other general administrative support for the corporate account managers as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**Basic Qualifications**
- High school diploma required. Currently working towards a post-secondary degree. Recent graduates also welcome to apply
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Be a team player and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- No immigration sponsorship available for this role
**_ This position will follow a hybrid work model with 1 - 2 days in the Mississauga office each week. _**
