**Position Objective**
- Provide administrative assistance and support to Fleet Manager.
- Provide backup support to sales reception.
- Sales & Fleet claim submissions.
- Sales & Fleet reporting.
- Monitor supplier and fleet activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Create and process all required data and maintain adequate records for daily and monthly reporting.
- Prepare fleet licensing requisitions.
- Liaise with cross functional departments as needed.
- Prepare and maintain updated billing and vehicle order status.
- Open and prepare work and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate pricing and vehicle details.
- Prepare department statistics documents.
- Reports to management of any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or guests.
- Adheres to company policies with respect to safety rules and regulations and ensures government legislated safety practices are followed, such as WHIMIS training.
- Maintains a high level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the dealership.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Time management skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Valid driver license.
- Strong time management skills.

**Please note**: Applicants must provide a criminal background check and drivers abstract prior to commencing employment.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 3 years (required)
- Automotive: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario G Class Driver's License (required)
