**Job Title**: Sales and Administrative Assistant
**Location**: Mississauga, Canada
**Responsibilities:Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and offering purchase advice.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and track orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Support the preparation of sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Assist in organizing promotional events or campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance the sales process.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings, preparing agendas and minutes when required.
- Handle filing and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide general support to the management team as needed.
**Customer Service**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and service.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Administration, Sales, or related fields.
**Experience**:
At least 1 year of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service roles.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
