**Growth Specialist Role**:
**YOUR MISSION**

Your mission will be to consistently generate Half a million $ every month in opportunities for
Leadflow A.I. sales team from Private communities & social channels (FB + LinkedIn +
Instagram)

**OUTCOMES**
- Generate $500K+ in new pipeline value from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Generate 70 meetings minimum per month by leveraging:

- Leverage your own social profiles to do outbound (training provided)
- 100 new messages per day minimum
- Follow our conversational framework to convert people on calls
- Leverage our sales assets to educate prospects.
- Find your leads from free & paid audiences
- Generate 30+ meetings per month from private Facebook communities with Qualified leads.
- Start new conversations in private FB communities
- Follow up and build a relationship with members of the community, learn about their inefficiencies, get them on a call when you feel like they could benefit from our Solution.
- Grow your Facebook community by driving traffic from free communities on Facebook
- Provide value in 5+ groups per day and get people to pay attention to our expertise
- Send 60 connection requests per day to leads from free FB groups
- Gather feedback and share updates with the team about your progress and what you think we can do to improve:

- The number of people joining our program
- The quality of people
- The rate at which we convert them on a call (how many booked meetings per week)
- All necessary training & resources in order to make it easy for you will be provided._

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Need a good internet connection
- Need a good computer
- Tracking the numbers and the performance of the appointment setting and share report daily
- **Be available to manage/ handle the convos: 5 days/ week**:

- 6-8hours+ availability
- Success-driven
- Thinking like an owner
- Be able to work in the EST timezone

**COMPENSATION**
**- $CAD 2,000/ month + $25 per qualified call**:

- Qualified call means people who are actually qualified based on our criteria and show up on the demo call
- Competition every month - potential to make **$500-$1,000+ in bonus **every month.
- If you prove that you can convert quality meetings, grow your community consistently and get sales from your effort, your role will evolve in a **closer position, earning potential of $7K to $10K+ a month**

**Salary**: $15.78-$24.00 per hour
