**Accounts Payable and Front Desk Receptionist**

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**

**Account Payable**:

- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Work with other departments to manage vendor information and reconcile all purchase transactions from order to payment.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing processes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.

**Front Desk Receptionist**:

- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or relevant accounting role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a front desk receptionist role is desirable but not required.

**Hours**

This is a full-time, permanent role located in Stoney Creek, Ontario

Days: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (5 days a week)

**Salary/Benefits**

Starting $23.50/hour
