- Develop and execute innovative employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruiting support.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in headhunting and talent pipelining.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and its impact on recruitment.
- Experience in hiring across Canada, the USA, and the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
