**Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity**:
**Location**:You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- You will lead the hiring process, including hiring strategy, recruitment cycle timing, guidance on best practices and compensation recommendations
- Use proactive sourcing techniques to identify and attract talent, this includes direct sourcing, database talent pipelining and establishing and nurturing talent communities
- Participate in outreach recruitment strategies including career fairs, co-op and campus programs
- Improve recruitment functionality, efficiency and productivity by sharing best practices and ideas

- 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Experience with sourcing, engaging and hiring top talent
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering timely results
- Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers to achieve organizational goals
- Experience creating win-win resolutions through integrative negotiation tactics
