Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management & Experience Management, and in partnership with the HR Team, the TA Partner will be part of a strategic and collaborative team, working together to ensure we hire the best talent with the right skills and a shared passion for our values.
Your Role
- Start each day with Cosmetica’s core values and safety in mind.
- Work closely with our leaders to develop a talent sourcing and attraction strategy.
- Support the development of talent brand assets for targeted campaigns and other TA programs
- Full-cycle recruitment activities, from job postings to offer letter generation.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and provide support with internal transfers and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with peers to identify, develop, and implement future improvements in Cosmetica’s recruitment and selection practices.
- Leverage talent data and insights through internal and third-party technologies to develop targeted talent attraction & engagement strategies.

Your Background
- 5 - 7 years of industry experience that in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods environment
- We desire to be well versed in Cosmetica’s brand and understand how the individual business units work together to achieve our vision.
- Collaborative team player that can work independently when required.
- Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities and requests for support.
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity are all critical to long-term success.
