Fusion Security, a division of Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG), is looking for an individual for the role of **Recruiting Administrator **as we are continually growing. If you are a dynamic, enthusiastic person who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and talking to people, we want to meet you This role will be responsible for managing the applicant screening and selection process.

**What you will be doing**:

- Coordinating the recruiting needs with various departments
- Advertising and sourcing applicants from online and other channels
- Creating interview questions that reflect each position
- Conducting telephone, online and in-person interviews
- Representing the Fusion Security/ SSRG team in the recruiting and hiring process - being part of brand awareness
- Supporting the employee orientation program and company employee retention initiatives
- Providing administrative support
- Maintaining, updating recruiting software and producing metrics and statistics

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the security field
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Windows operating systems (Microsoft) and comfortable with web-based platforms
- University degree and/ or college diploma or certificate in Personnel Management, Business Management, Human Resources, or equivalent is an asset

The position is Monday-Friday, located at our head office in Burnaby, and accessible by transit. (It is not a work-from-home position.)
