We are committed to fostering a rich learning environment with high quality products, services and guest experiences.We are seeking a Receptionist to join the team with administrative skillsets You are at the heart of the day-to-day operations of the salon and no two days are alike You are a multi-tasking, problem solver and master organizer, keeping up to the fast-paced demands of salon while supporting team members and creating the ultimate guest experience. Bonus points for experience with social media platforms This is a full-time position monday to sunday working in the salon from 10:00am - 6:00pm.The core responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:Responsibilities**:Answering phones/booking appointments** Replying to messages and inquiries **Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries** Confirming appointments **Collecting payments** Greeting Clients **Helping Technicians and team members with requests** Opening/closing procedures **Balancing cash and reports** Supporting sales of products and services **Ordering supplies, managing inventory and reporting** Record keeping **Control social media posts and marketingRequirements**: 1+ year experience preferred, willing to train **High school diploma or equivalent** Ability to multi-task, quick learner **Attention to detail** Knowledge of social media platforms **Ability to handle cash, reporting, inventory** Experience and/or comfortable learning new computer systems **Exceptional customer service skills** Team player
