**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry, run reports, and maintaining electronic and paper records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Knowledge of Shopify, or Amazon platforms a benefit
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
