Goldentrust Capital is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.

**Position Overview**:

- You will be responsible for building and scaling up the sales organization in a real estate investment fund.
- You will closely work with the Director of Sales in training the current AEs and SDRs to ensure they are leveraging the best-in-class account executive practices.
- Experience in working with the clients in the NA market is preferred as that is what we are currently targeting.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledgeable in the real estate space.
- Work experience in private equity is an asset but is not required.
- Familiarity with GP/LP investment structures.
- Has a high level of communication skills.
- Ability to create Sales Collateral throughout various funnels.
- Able to work with clients in Canada and NA.
