Qualifications and Skills
- Education is ideally related to the agriculture field
- 2 years experience selling building materials to the agricultural sector
- Proven track record of sales and relationship success

- Ability to work in a culture of performance excellence with a goal of exceeding goals.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience utilizing a CRM for sales pipeline to increase sales
