- As the InTime Coordinator for the the G7 Summit Integrated Safety and Security Group (ISSG), you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of InTime scheduling and payroll system to stabilize scheduling and provide accountable information for payroll. Specific duties include:

- Review and coordinate employee position movements and actual employee movements to ensure alignment with Calgary Police Service (CPS) and PeopleSoft system.
- Manage employees working on InTime team with respect to coverage level, workload, performance issues, succession planning.
- Review and coordinate activities related to managing overtime, sick time and/or authorized schedule changes to ensure pay alignment and Peoplesoft.
- Develop revised or newly proposed schedules and ensure alignment with collective bargaining agreements.
- Oversee and authorize for InTime content, current schedules to ensure alignment with collective bargaining agreements.
- Manage and coordinate updates for InTime system based on organizational changes within CPS to ensure alignment with organizational chart and authorized strength.

**Qualifications**
- A high school diploma or equivalency (e.g. G.E.D.) plus job-related course work such as payroll or scheduling, and a minimum of 7 years of related experience designing and organizing schedules.
- A thorough understanding of CPS collective bargaining agreements will be considered an asset.
- Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in a police or law enforcement environment.
- The successful applicant will be coaching and development, communication, efficiency and thoroughness, focus on results, managing resources, relationship building, team building and teamwork.

**Pre-employment Requirements**
- An enhanced security clearance will be conducted.
- Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications. Education obtained from out of country must have or be able to obtain, an Education Credential Assessment (ECA) for confirmation of equivalent credentials.
