**Duties**
- Conduct interviews and assist with the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support employee relations initiatives and assist with conflict resolution
- Maintain compliance with federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in HR or related administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cambridge, ON N3C 0H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
