As the Talent Management Partner you will play an integral part in the development and implementation of key talent management programming. You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects and strategic initiatives that offer innovative solutions and have a positive impact on our organization’s ability to attract, develop, retain and engage a diverse workforce.

**How you will create impact**:

- Researching best practices and trends to identify opportunities to support the development and enhancement of talent management programs such as performance management, succession planning, career management, strategic workforce planning, engagement, mentorship and coaching.
- Collaborating with our HR partners in evaluating, recommending and implementing talent management solutions to support the achievement of our client’s strategic objectives.

**How you will succeed**:

- You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies along with the ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.
- You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.
- You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.
- Experience using change management techniques and tools to ensure a successful program role out.
- You will have the end-to-end experience in designing and implementing talent management projects and have the comfort to receive feedback on how to continuously improve the product and/or service.
- You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.

**To join our team**:

- You have five years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development or a related field.
- You have a post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.
- You have experience in managing projects/programs and are motivated to meet deadlines laid out in a project plan. You have working knowledge of talent management and organizational development best practices and knowledge of talent systems.
- Having the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation or Certificate in Organizational Development is an asset.
- Having a Change Management certification or experience managing large scale organizational changes is as asset.
