**Job Summary**

We are looking for Business Development Managers to join our Regional Sales team in Toronto and/or Burlington This role is for motivated sales "hunters" who excel at finding new business and are passionate about delivering great client experiences. In this role, you are free to prospect within any industry that aligns with our business making this a lucrative opportunity with the potential to saturate multiple markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell recruitment and staffing services across all our specialized lines of business throughout Ontario
- Drive business growth by prospecting new opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline
- Execute strategic outreach to expand into emerging markets and client sectors
- Build lasting relationships with hiring managers across various industries, offering both contract and/or permanent staffing solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive

**What we need from you**
- 3+ years of proven business development experience in the staffing industry
- Proven 'Hunter' mentality with a goal-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tenacious, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong drive to succeed
- Energetic, positive, and personable, with a “can-do” attitude
- Must follow our hybrid work policy: 3 days in office at any of our Ontario locations, 2 days from home
