We provide a huge selection of high-quality and top-hit products from Asia including cosmetics, skincare, beauty, accessories and lifestyle. With our rapid growth, we have 8 stores in Toronto to-date and more to come
- **We are looking for Regional Manager to join our team.**_
**What you’ll do**
As a Regional Manager, you will oversee the retail operations and monitor the sales performance for multi-location. Including but not limited to monitor and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets, ensure stores operations are aligned with company’s standard, recruit and provide training to sales team.
Sales Management
- Define and execute action plans to achieve sales targets
- Provide strategic plans on maximize sales
- Monitor the effectiveness of action plans and provide continuous improvement
- Understand and analyse the market trend and competition. Conduct SWOT analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Report sales performance to management team regularly
Store Operations
- Ensure operational efficiency and quality of customer service in each location
- Ensure store operations are in line with Company’s standard
- Ensure all locations meet the brand image of Company’s standard
- Ensure adequate stock level in each location
- Monitor and control costs where appropriate
People Management
- Monitor and motivate sales teams
- Oversee Store Managers on their performance and provide timely feedback and solutions
- Provide in-store training to ensure the performance of front-line staff is up to standard
- Identify talents and design their career path
**What you’ll need**
- At least 5 years’ experience in retail industry and 3 years’ experience of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
