Guillevin est présentement à la recherche d’un Spécialiste ventes interne e-commerce, alors rejoignez vite notre équipe
Le Spécialiste ventes interne e-commerce, effectue un travail essentiel au succès de Guillevin en vendant des produits du e-commerce, traitant les commandes e-commerce des clients, fournissant des informations sur les prix et/ou des informations techniques, et en trouvant des solutions aux problèmes des clients en temps opportun. Votre interaction avec les clients sera donc ce dont ils se souviendront, ce dont ils parleront et ce qu’ils adoreront chez nous

- Le quotidien du Spécialiste ventes internes e-commerce_
- Supporter la croissance e-commerce dans les ventes en ligne : gérer et redistribuer de façon proactive les commandes du e-commerce provenant du site internet et proposer des produits associés et/ou alternatifs, si nécessaire
- Encadrer, supporter et adresser les besoins des clients : répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients, répondre aux clavardage, courriels et aux appels téléphoniques en temps opportun pour assurer la satisfaction du client, chercher et fournir l’information adéquate au niveau des prix et des produits
- Faciliter l’expérience en ligne de nos clients : prendre les mesures nécessaires pour résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle et assurer le suivi en vérifiant que les engagements sont respectés par la suite
- Résoudre des problèmes techniques mineurs et rapporter ceux plus complexes au gestionnaire e-commerce
- Gérer toutes les demandes de retour des clients
- Maintenir à jour ses connaissances techniques sur les diverses gammes de produits et élargir sa connaissance du système
- Toutes autres taches connexes
- Profil recherché du Spécialiste ventes internes e-commerce_
- Minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de préférence, ou une combinaison de formation et d'expérience professionnelle pertinente sera considéré comme un atout
- Excellent dans le service à la clientèle
- Expérience avec le service après-ventes
- Compétences démontrées en relations humaines
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation
- Excellente connaissance du français et de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Une expérience en e-commerce est considérée comme un atout
