Inside Sales Representative

Isotech Design, a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of turnkey barrier Isolators, glove boxes, microenvironments, and clean air environments solutions for the Pharmacies, Biopharma, and Research Centers, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Isotech Design is at the forefront of designing, manufacturing, and delivering innovative solutions in the form of barrier Isolators, glove boxes, microenvironments, and clean air environments. Our commitment lies in offering top-notch solutions that cater to the needs of Pharmacies, Biopharma, and Research Centers. We are dedicated to providing products that enable sterile, chemo, and hormone compounding within the Pharmacy segment.
**Responsibilities**:
As an Inside Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will involve:
- Engaging in direct sales and business development activities via telephone.
- Building relationships with potential customers, introducing our cutting-edge solutions, and effectively communicating their value.
- Updating and maintaining the customer database using our CRM system for seamless order processing.
**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in inside sales is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and French, both written and verbal.
- Excellent presentation skills to convey the value of our solutions persuasively.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work diligently.
- A proactive and dynamic approach to tackling challenges.
- A team player with the capacity to also work autonomously.
**Remuneration**:
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $45,000+ per year, a bonus ranging from $12,000 to $20,000 per year, and benefits such as medical, dental, and other services.
