Inside Sales Representative

Clean Air Essentials, a leading distributor and marketer of clean air essentials and supplies for hospitals and pharmacies, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by conducting direct selling and business development activities over the phone.

With a strong presence in over 2,000 pharmacies across the USA and Canada, our clean air solutions are certified to meet the highest industry standards and regulations. We provide our customers with innovative clean air solutions that not only meet their specific needs but also comply with pharmacy sterile and hazardous compounding regulations. Our headquarters are located in St-Laurent, Quebec, Canada.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct direct selling and business development activities over the phone, targeting pharmacies and hospitals in Canada and the USA.
- Engage potential customers, promote our consumables and essentials, and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Maintain and update the customer database in the CRM contact management and order processing system.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Administration with a concentration in Marketing, International Business, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in inside sales is highly desirable.
- Fluent in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work diligently and meet sales targets.
- Dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
- Experience in direct selling by phone is a plus.
**Remuneration**:
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $45,000+ per year, a bonus ranging from $12,000 to $20,000 per year, and benefits such as medical, dental, and other services.

**Responsabilités**:
- Effectuer des activités de vente directe et de développement commercial par téléphone, en ciblant les pharmacies et les hôpitaux au Canada et aux États-Unis.
- Impliquer les clients potentiels, promouvoir nos produits consommables et essentiels, et communiquer efficacement leurs avantages.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour la base de données clients dans le système de gestion des contacts CRM et de traitement des commandes.
**Qualifications**:
- Baccalauréat en commerce ou en administration avec une spécialisation en marketing, commerce international ou équivalent.
- Une expérience avérée dans les ventes internes est hautement souhaitable.
- Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français, avec d'excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite.
- Solides compétences en présentation pour engager et persuader les clients potentiels.
- Excellentes compétences en communication pour établir des relations avec les clients.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler avec diligence et à atteindre les objectifs de vente.
- Approche dynamique et proactive de la résolution des problèmes.
- Esprit d'équipe collaboratif avec la capacité de travailler de manière autonome.
