**Responsibilities**
- Delivers warm and connected guest service
- Follows the ARRIVE process during guest check-in
- Promotes the Marriott Bonvoy program and strives to achieve enrollment goals
- Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to solve problems and follow-ups with the guest
- Assists guests with questions regarding the hotel and local area
- Follows all cash-handling procedures
- Performs other tasks assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- **Flexible availability to work between Monday to Sunday on weekdays, weekends and public holidays, in the morning, evening, and at night**:

- Is a friendly, energetic person who prides themselves on creating memorable guest experiences through warm & genuine service
- Has previous hotel experience, preferably in a Front Office role
- Takes initiative to find creative ways to respond to guest requests
- Understands that success lies in working together and enjoys being part of a team
- Gets excited by an energetic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
- Is excited to belong to a team of caring, warm, energetic Team Members

Pay: Up to $25.23 per hour
