The Research and Evaluation Specialist is an integral part of e4c’s strategy team, providing expertise to co-develop organization-wide data and outcome strategies, improve organization performance, strengthen organizational capacity, and champion strategic alignment. This position values diverse perspective, clear communication, adaptation, and innovative thinking.
- What you bring to the team:

- Demonstrated success in the development, analysis, interpretation, and management of a variety of complex data sources.
- 2+ years’ experience conducting outcomes analysis in the not-for-profit sector.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data and interpret findings to clearly articulate impact of programs, services, initiatives, or projects.
- Recent experience/exposure to different approaches to evaluation and supporting technologies.
- Experience in collaborating and building the capacity of others as it relates to measurement, reporting and evaluation.
- Experience with community development in the not-for-profit sector with awareness and sensitivity of the complex intersectionality of people in the community.

Important work you will do at e4c:
**Facilitating understanding of e4c’s evolving external environment** through ongoing environmental scanning, information analysis, sense-making, and supporting facilitation and engagement with e4c staff, persons served and other stakeholders.

**Facilitating measurement of e4c’s strategic progress **through a collaborative approach in co-creating measurements and utilizing comprehensive data, research, and evaluation to track strategic progress.

**Facilitating advancement in e4c’s Strategic Direction and Priorities **through regular monitoring of internal organizational data as it impacts the strategic direction, agency, and program alignment, and contributes to continuous improvement.
