**Plastic Surgery Administrative Assistant Job in Etobicoke**

Seeking a dynamic, kind, detailed-oriented and organized person who is passionate about patient care

I am looking for an experienced individual who can help with patient booking, surgical booking, and answering patient questions.

Responsibilities include:

- Greet patients and ensure they feel welcomed and are comfortable
- Book appointments and manage calendars, using a variety of software and systems
- Maintain quality of service by following organization standards
- Maintain patient confidence and keep all information confidential
- Build relationships with our clients and ensure they feel appreciated and at ease
- Monitor supplies/inventory as well as stock, clean, and prepare treatment rooms
- Perform some admin related tasks, filing, faxing, etc
- Other office related duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous front desk/administrative office experience
- Previous medical experience required
- Must be able to work quickly and independently*Must have an enthusiastic, positive, friendly attitude

Compensation is commensurate with experience, between $18- $20hr

**. This position will be hired on a temporary basis with the opportunity to extend to a permanent position.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
