**Our Opportunity**:
- The Performance Management function is responsible for the Management by Objectives (MBO) program that is central to RBI's performance philosophy.
- This role - Manager, Performance Management - is responsible for collaborating with senior leaders across our brands and functions to identify the right strategic metrics to measure for their business unit.
- **Responsibilities**:
End-to-end management of RBI's MBO Program detailed below:

- Cross-collaboration with leaders across the business to identify relevant KPIs and targets for Business units across the company.
- Overall administration of the program, including processing people moves, changes in priorities, and maintenance of back-end process automations.
- Preparation performance reports for RBI Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief People & Services Officer (CPSO) on a routine and ad hoc basis.
- Collaboration with RBI Legal team on ensuring adherence to Compliance Training requirements.
- Providing new and existing employees with MBO Program training.
- Collaboration with RBI Total Rewards and RBI Finance on financial management of RBI's bonus compensation.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, engineering, statistics, economics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience working in People, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent team.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Table, Statistical functions, VBA).
- Demonstrated experience defining and tracking support metrics and implementing programs to improve operational performance.
- Program management, communication, stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing experience with a track record of achieving engagement from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic thought-leadership and superior analytical skills.
- Able to routinely identify highest leverage opportunities, and proactively initiates appropriate programs to increase value we deliver for our clients and shareholders.
- Proven track record of delivering transformational impact related to client experience and efficiency within in-house operations.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with SQL, data analysis, visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Experience or familiarity with Smartsheet.
- Advanced communication skills, particularly with senior leaders and executives
