We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Consultant to take the lead on end-to-end delivery for Salesforce implementations. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business objectives, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ability to manage scope and budget effectively while delivering quality results is crucial.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer business processes to design Salesforce solutions that drive success
- Design solution approaches, incorporating standard/custom Salesforce features, third-party apps, and necessary integrations
- Lead and deliver key project deliverables such as discovery, solution design/architecture, user acceptance testing, deployment, and training
- Configure Salesforce to support the customer’s business requirements and processes
- Collaborate with team members to build Salesforce functionality and identify enhancement opportunities
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and leadership to ensure scope, quality, and budget are maintained
- Recommend training and support options to facilitate ongoing adoption

**Must Have**:

- Ability to lead discovery workshops to gather the business requirements needed to implement Salesforce
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions
- Proficiency in complex flow automations and recommending custom interactions
- Proficient in building solutions using declarative tools in Salesforce
- Familiarity with third-party solutions and AppExchange partners
- Highly organized with the ability to communicate clearly to a diverse set of customer stakeholders
- Strong communication and customer management skills, with a history of managing customer expectations
- Experience implementing Sales and Service Cloud
- Expertise in data modeling
- Commitment to continuous learning in the Salesforce ecosystem

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with other marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo)
- Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Non-Profit, Healthcare
- Experience with Industry Clouds (e.g. Financial Services, Non-Profit, Health Clouds)
- Experience with Experience, Marketing and Commerce Clouds
- Previous experience in business analysis or project management
- Hands-on experience with Data Loader or other data integration tools
- Salesforce Administrator

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
