**About Ray-Mont Logistics**:
Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic organization focused on becoming the essential link in the International business logistics supply chain. We provide various operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products.
Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a permanent full time Export Logistics Coordinator to join its vibrant team. As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics the main responsibility of the coordinator consists of the following:
**General Tasks**:

- Work autonomously as well as an integral part of the team
- Maintain a professional attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate and share information based on the overall mission of the company.
- Demonstrate ability to manage their time efficiently and effectively while working remotely.
- Represent, promote, and always preserve the reputation of the company.

**Specific Tasks**:

- Provide clerical and administrative support for a past faced high volume team.
- Support the Export Logistics & Operations groups with monthly inventory related tasks.
- Assist in processing all inbound claims while working closely with various departments during the investigative process.
- Assist all Departments and clients with portal related issues.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with customers, logistics teams, and terminals that is representative of Ray-Mont’s core values.
- Provide reporting support to both internal and external customers as required.
- Multi-task and track open items to closure within acceptable timeframes in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain an understanding of the Export Logistics team’s ongoing projects and areas of focus.
- Ability to resolve routine questions and issues and coordinate the escalation of more complex matters to the appropriate internal teams as required.
- Works cohesively with all Ray-Mont divisions on a day-to-day basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Logistics experience is an asset.
- Experience in preparation of reporting, presentations, and other documentation
- Excellent typing and data entry skills.
- A good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Internet browser and Intra.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (French an asset).
- Excellent customer service skills and relevant experience.
- Attention to detail and an aptitude for working in a fast paced, multi-tasking and customer service minded environment.
