**Customer Service Agent (Ocean Import/Export) - **Montreal Office**
Fuze Logistics Services is a next generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, with offices across North America, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and decades of industry expertise to facilitate the transport of freight globally.
**Job Summary**:
- Submit bill of lading instructions to carriers in addition to preparing, processing, verifying for accuracy and dispatching all appropriate export documents;
- Issue and/or approve invoices for customers and carriers;
- Update the client proactively with the delivery;
- Negotiate rates by offering strategic logistics solutions, become a key aspect of customer operations;
- Anticipate, address and resolve any issues with delayed or damaged shipment;
- Update and maintain customer information in the database.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years experience in Ocean Import and Export;
- Quick, proactive, reliable, accountable and tech savvy;
- Excellent communication skills in English, French would be an asset;
- Dynamic, good communication and customer service oriented
- Good learning, superior organizational and time management skills.

**Agent service à la clientèle (import/export maritime) - Bureau de Montréal**
Fuze Logistics Services est un 3PL de nouvelle génération dont le siège social est situé à Montréal et qui possède des bureaux à travers l'Amérique du Nord. Fuze Logistics Services utilise des technologies de pointe et des décennies d'expertise dans l'industrie pour faciliter le transport de fret à l'échelle mondiale.
**Responsabilités du poste**:
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en coordonnant efficacement les exigences du client et du transporteur, en répondant à toutes les questions et aux besoins de transport de fret par téléphone ou par courriel, et en résolvant tous les problèmes du client, du transporteur et de l'installation de chargement dans les délais impartis ;
- Soumettre les instructions relatives aux transporteurs et préparer, traiter, vérifier l'exactitude et expédier tous les documents d'exportation appropriés ;
- Émettre et/ou approuver les factures pour les clients et les transporteurs ;
- Informer le client de manière proactive sur la livraison ;
- Négocier les tarifs en proposant des solutions logistiques stratégiques, devenir un aspect clé des opérations du client ;
- Anticiper, traiter et résoudre tout problème lié à une expédition retardée ou endommagée ;
- Mettre à jour et conserver les informations relatives aux clients dans la base de données.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans l'import-export maritime ;
- Rapide, proactif, fiable, responsable et doté d'une bonne connaissance de la technologie ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, le français serait un atout ;
- Dynamique, bon communicateur et orienté vers le service à la clientèle ;
- Bonne capacité d'apprentissage, sens de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps.
