**About Ray-Mont Logistics**:
Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to being the essential link in the international business logistics supply chain. We offer a comprehensive range of logistics services, including loading, transportation, and storage of surplus products.

**Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Hybrid (3 days in office)

**Note: The employee will be required to be present at the office every day during the initial 3-month training period. After training, the employee will be required to attend the office 3 days a week, with additional in-office days as needed.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer needs and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Review orders daily to ensure compliance with customer requirements and adjust as necessary.
- Ensure all inbound cargo to terminals has appropriate terminal authorization prior to arrival.
- Create accurate and detailed transloading instructions for terminals.
- Maintain positive relationships with Ocean Carriers and terminals.
- Generate required reports internally and externally.
- Understand and uphold customers' contractual requirements, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Group on various tasks including booking creation, order setting, quote generation, and handling invoice disputes.
- Coordinate changes of destinations while cargo is in transit, including re-export processes.
- Collaborate with claims, per diem, inventory, and resolution teams.
- Communicate with the commercial team regarding any changes or service issues.
- Advise shippers promptly on major changes regarding estimated time of arrival (ETA)

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in shipping/ logistics industry
- High School Diploma is required, Certificate or CEGEP/College education is preferred. (Logistics/ Supply Chain)
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and specialized logistics software.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is an asset).
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adaptability to different situations.

**Work Environment**:Corporate office setting in Montreal, QC.

**Horaire de travail**: Du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 17 h, horaire hybride (3 jours au bureau).

**Note : L'employé devra être présent au bureau tous les jours pendant la période de formation initiale de trois mois. Après la formation, l'employé devra être présent au bureau 3 jours par semaine, avec des jours supplémentaires au bureau selon les besoins.**

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Gérer les besoins et les demandes des clients de manière rapide et efficace.
- Examiner quotidiennement les commandes pour s'assurer qu'elles sont conformes aux exigences du client et les ajuster si nécessaire.
- S'assurer que toutes les cargaisons entrantes dans les terminaux ont reçu l'autorisation appropriée avant leur arrivée.
- Créer des instructions de transbordement précises et détaillées pour les terminaux.
- Entretenir des relations positives avec les transporteurs maritimes et les terminaux.
- Générer les rapports nécessaires en interne et en externe.
- Comprendre et respecter les exigences contractuelles des clients, en faisant appel à la hiérarchie si nécessaire.
- Collaborer avec le groupe commercial sur diverses tâches, notamment la création de réservations, l'établissement de commandes, la génération de devis et le traitement des litiges relatifs aux factures.
- Coordonner les changements de destination pendant que le fret est en transit, y compris les processus de réexportation.
- Collaborer avec les équipes chargées des réclamations, des indemnités journalières, de l'inventaire et de la résolution des litiges.
- Communiquer avec l'équipe commerciale pour tout changement ou problème de service.
- Informer rapidement les expéditeurs des changements majeurs concernant l'heure d'arrivée prévue (ETA).

**Qualifications et compétences**:

- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le secteur de l'expédition/de la logistique.
- Un diplôme d'études secondaires est requis, un certificat ou une formation de type CEGEP/Collège est préférable. (Logistique/ch
