Office Assistant/receptionist

Canadian Choice Windows and Doors company is seeking for competent Office assistant/Receptionist in our Edmonton branch to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. You will the first person to meet and greet our clients in the office and on the call. This position requires high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
**Your daily routine**:
- Answer the phone on the front line, direct, take customer's information, identify reason for a call, transfer phone line to respective department
- Answer electronic inquiries
- Coordinate lead input: reschedule, cancellation, address discrepancies, check and dispatch e-voice
- Enter customer's information into lead database - CRM
- Manage lead database - CRM from other Sources
- Greet customers in the showroom, present basic Information about the company and product, make walk in leads
- Order office supplies, sales material, maintain inventory
- Generate rebate invoices
- Contact customers to generate Google Reviews
- Validate contracts
- Prepare installation package for installer
**What do you need to apply**:
- Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Efficient typing
- Knowledge of standard office equipment
- Diplomacy and tact with clients
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with sales teams, installers, suppliers, and management effectively
Expected hours: 40 per week
Location of the office: 10508 184 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5S 0N7
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
