**Role Summary**

We’re looking for an Associate Brand Manager to work on some of the most innovative and premium beer & RTD brands in Canada Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, your role will be to support in the creation and delivery of impactful brand plans for Garage, Seagram, and Waterloo Brewing. You’ll take full ownership of the execution, bringing the brand plans to life for consumers, and take a leadership role on many key brand projects.

Associate Brand Managers are key contributors to our business. You turn ideas into actions. Your responsibilities will span across strategy, creative advertising and communication, media, trade marketing, experiential marketing, and agency management.

**Accountabilities**:

- Develop and execute the national brand plan for Garage, Seagram, and Waterloo Brewing brands.
- Leverage consumer insights to shape brand and campaign strategies.
- Create and manage ATL media and experiential marketing with local agencies and global teams.
- Oversee innovation and re-design projects with the Innovation Project Manager.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing to ensure BTL activities comply with brand guidelines and regulations.
- Monitor brand performance and market trends, working with sales and insights teams.
- Support sales and distribution partners with brand-related needs.
- Manage agency and partner relationships and analyze program effectiveness.
- Coordinate social media with the digital team to optimize brand engagement.
- Drive creative development by identifying impactful ideas and ensuring effective execution.
- Develop and track the annual brand budget in Business Central.
- Ensure brand consistency in all promotional and advertising materials.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and product launches with provincial liquor boards and gather info for new items.
- Manage stakeholders across departments and partner agencies.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager as needed.
- Travel and work outside regular hours as needed for events and marketing activities in the beer industry.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a marketing role
- 1-2 years of experience in CPG, food, beverage, or the alcohol industry preferred.
- Tech-savvy individual with a strong passion for social media.
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners and global colleagues.
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - the role requires management of stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management skill set, multiple projects across multiple regions against varying timelines.
- Strong communication skills and an understanding of marketing mix
- A passion for brands - we are the voice of the brand for our consumers, a drive and passion for what we do to impact how our consumers feel about our brands is key.
- Creative mindset - not afraid to share creative ideas when planning campaigns.
