The Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the brand building and execution of B2B brand and product marketing programs within the Healthcare landscape in Canada. In collaboration with leadership the Brand Manager will support measurable revenue growth (new & organic) as well as customer Loyalty & Retention. This position will be based out of our office in Oakville, with a hybrid opportunity.

**About the Role**

Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for an experienced Brand Manager. The role is responsible for elevating and sustaining the Medical business, working to enhance the Essity value proposition in Canada within the Health & Medical marketplace. This role will develop consistent marketing & sales programs & campaigns to stimulate and activate sales activity with our B2B Customers, Distribution and Buying Group Customers. Equally important, the role is responsible for successfully developing sales campaigns and programs that increase new account sales and deliver measurable results and profitable growth in line with our corporate goals and objectives.

**What You Will Do**:
**OVERALL**:

- Develop and lead annual Wound Care and Fracture Management Marketing Plans, ensuring effective A&P investment and budget management to achieve business goals and YoY growth targets
- Develop and drive a consistent and evolving GtM for the associated Medical brands
- Ability to translate market data into strategic and focused marketing activities

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Create an annual product promotion calendar to drive growth and profitability towards targets.
- Monitors, Builds, and Evaluates Programs for continuous improvement.
- Manage selection of, and participation in, conference trade events, and sponsorships
- Work on local product development with global counterparts
- Deliver on Brand through a clear and active involvement in brand management and communications
- Maintain and drive consistent Sales collaboration
- Effectively understand and activate CRM
- Manage the Acute, LTC and HHC landscape in Canada with a strategic marketing lens
- Manage the Essity brands specializing on Wound Care and Fracture Management
- Work in collaboration with Sales and other internal teams as needed to drive the needs of the associated brands.
- Works collaboratively with Sales and Finance supporting sales forecasts and production demand
- Ensure global brand standards are executed in all communications (internal and external) while acting as a Brand Champion
- Create and execute a Distributor Engagement activation strategy to drive new sales and improve collaborative business partnerships with Sales and Contracts
- Identify market trends and leverage competitive insights to lead evolution of marketing planning (utilize / secure market validation to support the marketing approach forward)
- Identify and optimize appropriate key strategic partnerships with industry leaders (KOL's, trade, professional, Distribution, complimentary services).
- Lead the creation of relevant sales collateral materials (product sell sheets, catalogs, etc.)
- Collaborate & Complement the Sales efforts for the Medical brands by Region
- Manage day-today agency vendor relationships.
- Manage monthly invoices and A&P budgets
- Owner of Brand level P&L, including actions to drive optimization.
- Partner successfully with cross-functional teams & consistently cascade information in a timely manner
- Build strong business partnerships with key internal stakeholders

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Marketing with increasing responsibility and proven results
- Strong technical marketing experience (pricing, forecasts, promotions, ROI analyses)
- Healthcare Distributor experience (inside or outside marketing and/or Sales) is an asset
- Microsoft CRM experience pre
